Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
4–6 boneless chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: celery sticks & ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken tenders to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
Air Fry
Place chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Brush with extra BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes for added glaze.
Internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve
Plate with fresh celery sticks and a side of ranch or blue cheese dip.
✅ Tips:
Use grill-style silicone liners or a grilling rack inside your air fryer for authentic sear marks.
For spicier flavor, mix a dash of hot sauce or cayenne into the marinade.
