Creamy Garlic Salmon & Shrimp Delight 
Golden-seared salmon bathed in a rich garlic cream sauce and crowned with tender shrimp — this decadent dish is a seafood lover’s dream on a plate!

Seafood:
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin off)
8–10 shrimp (peeled & deveined)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Cream Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon

1. Sear the Salmon:
Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear salmon fillets for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
2. Sauté the Shrimp:
Add a bit of butter and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink and just opaque. Remove and set aside with the salmon.
3. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (1 min). Stir in cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add parmesan and red pepper, stir until smooth.
4. Bring It Together:
Return salmon and shrimp to the pan. Spoon sauce over top, let everything simmer together for 2–3 minutes.
5. Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and a splash of lemon juice. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
