    Grilled Ribeye Steak with Grilled Vegetables & Pepper Sauce


Ingredients:
1 ribeye steak (room temperature)
Salt and cracked black pepper
Olive oil
Fresh rosemary or thyme
Cherry tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, onions
Garlic clove
1 tsp whole peppercorns
1/2 cup cream or crème fraîche
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet to high heat.
2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and a bit of olive oil.
3. Grill steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.
4. Grill vegetables on the same pan or grill until lightly charred.
5. Make pepper sauce: In a small pan, heat a splash of olive oil. Add crushed peppercorns and garlic. Add cream and mustard. Simmer until thick.
6. Serve: Place steak on a wooden board with grilled vegetables and spoon sauce on the side.
