🥩🥦
Ingredients
1 lb steak (such as sirloin or flank), sliced into strips
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
1 cup green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Arrange Steak and Veggies:
Place the steak strips, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, and green beans on a large baking sheet.
Drizzle the balsamic marinade over the steak and veggies, tossing everything to coat well.
Bake:
Spread everything out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the veggies are tender.
Broil for Extra Flavor:
Optionally, turn the oven to broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a slightly charred finish on the steak and veggies.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and enjoy your one-pan meal hot from the oven!
Tips
Customize Your Veggies: Feel free to substitute with other veggies like mushrooms, broccoli, or asparagus.
Cook Time Adjustment: For well-done steak, bake a few minutes longer, checking to avoid overcooking.
This One Pan Balsamic Steak and Veggies is ideal for busy nights—simple, satisfying, and full of bold flavors! 🥩🥦
