Ingredients 

• 2 filet mignon steaks
• 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup diced tomatoes
• ¼ cup white wine (optional)
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

1. Cook the Steaks:
• Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
• In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
• Remove and let rest.
2. Sear the Shrimp:
• In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and sear shrimp until pink and slightly charred (2-3 minutes per side).
• Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce:
• Lower heat to medium and add minced garlic.
• Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add white wine (if using) and reduce by half.
• Stir in heavy cream and diced tomatoes, simmer until thickened (about 3-4 minutes).
• Season with salt, pepper, and remaining butter for a glossy finish.
4. Serve:
• Plate the steaks and top with shrimp.
• Spoon sauce generously over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
