Perfectly seared steak medallions crowned with tender shrimp, all bathed in a luscious garlic cream sauce—finished with cracked
black pepper and fresh parsley for a restaurant-worthy dinner!
Ingredients

2 filet mignon or beef medallions
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions

Sear Steak: Season steaks with salt & pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat, 3–4 mins per side (or to desired doneness). Remove and let rest.

Cook Shrimp: In the same pan, add butter and shrimp. Cook 1–2 mins per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Make Sauce: Lower heat. Add garlic to the pan and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in cream and parmesan. Simmer until thickened (2–3 mins).

Combine: Return steak and shrimp to the pan to coat in sauce.

Serve: Plate with extra sauce, fresh parsley, and black pepper.
